​Refund Policy

All payments made for training courses, workshops, or seminars organized by BOGOMOL School of Eastern Medicine are subject to the terms below.
By submitting payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy.

• If a participant cancels at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start of the course, they are eligible for a refund of 80% of the total payment.

• If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the start of the course, or if the student fails to attend, the payment is non-refundable.

• Any deposit or advance payment made to secure a place is non-refundable, but may be transferred to another course date if requested in writing at least 7 days prior to the course start.

If the course is cancelled, postponed, or rescheduled by BOGOMOL School of Eastern Medicine, the participant may choose one of the following options:

• Receive a full refund of all payments made;

• Or transfer the full payment to another future course organized by the School.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction (unless otherwise agreed).
Please allow up to 10–14 business days for the refund to be completed.
