Terms and Conditions

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the student (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “the participant”) and BOGOMOL School of Eastern Medicine (hereinafter referred to as “the School”), located in Odesa, Ukraine.
By enrolling in a course or workshop, you confirm that you are over 18 years old and capable of entering into this agreement.

2. Services Provided

The School provides educational and practical training in the field of manual therapy, dry needling, and Eastern medicine methods.
All courses are for educational and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for medical treatment.

3. Registration and Payment

• A place in the course is reserved only after payment has been received.

• The participant agrees to pay all applicable fees in full and on time.

• Prices and schedules are subject to change, but any changes will be communicated in advance.

• By making a payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted our Refund Policy.

4. Conduct and Ethics

Participants are expected to maintain a respectful attitude toward instructors, fellow students, and clients.
Any form of misconduct, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior may result in expulsion from the course without refund.

5. Certification

Upon successful completion of the training and practical evaluation, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion issued by BOGOMOL School of Eastern Medicine, which may be used to demonstrate professional development and IPHM-accredited education status.

The School does not guarantee employment or licensing in any country. Students are responsible for checking local laws regarding the practice of manual therapy or dry needling.

6. Limitation of Liability

The School and its instructors shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss arising during or after training sessions.
All students participate in the training at their own risk and are encouraged to maintain appropriate personal health insurance.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, manuals, and teaching content (text, images, videos) are the intellectual property of BOGOMOL School of Eastern Medicine.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.

8. Data Protection

All personal data collected by the School is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used solely for administrative and communication purposes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Odesa, Ukraine.
